Currently, when new spousal information is received from a BBIS profile update, the batch in BBEC will add in the new spouse with recognition credit flags selected.  The current process changes the relationship type of the existing spouse to a former spouse but does not remove the recognition credit flags so the former spouse will continue to receive recognition for any new gifts.  Also, the former spouse becomes a member of the household between the constituent and the new spouse. The former spouse should not be in this household.
