It would be nice to be able to create custom forms that can be used as a contact for or similar where it sends an email to a specific person with the information.

BBNC have this function but for some reason was deprecated in BBIS.
In BBNC, the submitted responses can be downloaded as CSV.
It will be good if the custom can accept file upload as well so it can be used sort of like an application form and at the end sends email for confirmation an also notification.

This functionality is not currently planned for BBIS. We encourage users to continue to vote for this feature for future consideration.
