When you adjust the constituent on a matching claim, you click the ‘change constituent’ button and it works correctly. But the program does not then look at the matching conditions for the new ID and update the claim appropriately. So if the old ID matches at 1:1 and the new ID matches at 2:1, the claim would still be 1:1. You have to then click the ‘edit matching gift claim’ button to fix this – it lists the conditions on the side and you would have to manually change the amount to be accurate.

The ‘edit matching gift claim’ button does have a field for ‘constituent’, which makes a lot of sense, but it is always ghosted out – you can’t click it. These two functions need to be combined.
