Currently, you are unable to insert a row inbetween other rows. This was a feature in Raiser's Edge that was very useful because we usually would want to have our information in the order it comes it. It makes finding information within the batch confusing when it's not in order and we have to put information at the bottom of the batch, especially when it comes to importing batches.
