Add ability to search for constituents by email address

often people  have similar names and even in similar cities, but if I have an email address, that is unique to each constituent, so would make searching easier.

    Email address is available for searching today, but it may not to be configured by an administrator.  Here is a short video showing how to configure the available search fields in Administration:
