When the system detects a possible duplicate (either during manual creation or via batch) it would be helpful if the Constituent's birth date was displayed.  Quite often we are adding sons/daughters with similar names to their parents and with the same address as their parent. (Son is a Jr. or II for example and has the same name as his father) These will show as 100% matches is most cases. If the birth date was displayed on the screen, it would be helpful in the review of the potential duplicate.  We do large load of student information and often the parent information is already in the system. We do not want to accidentally update the parent record with the student information.  Seeing the birth date will help reduce these types of errors.
