Delete interactions via a global change

Allow users the abiity to delete interactions via a global change. There ae times when interactions were added to constituent records via a global change in error.

This appears to be a duplicate of https://bbcrm.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CRM-I-1463 or vice versa. These two ideas should probably be merged.
