Organizational and Households Names do not populate in the NAME field.... this is challenging when attempting to have managed correspondence processes that include individual/organization/household records. Since organizations and households do not have primary salutation/addressee fields either, it makes it impossible to have a centralized process. Right now we have duplicative processes to accommodate these record types.
