We don't have the option to add/edit/delete opportunity status ... our only options are unqualified, qualified, response pending, accepted, rejected, or cancelled. In particular, we would like to remove "unqualified" as it is not often used (at least on purpose) and not well defined. But, we'd also like the ability to populate this field with our own custom terminology.
