This has been a problem from day 1 of our implementation and it keeps getting brushed off.  We realize pledges attached to individuals are able to be paid online, but our donors often view contributions like this as a family effort not tied to one person.  If I were a donor I would be extremely frustrated that the only way I could pay on my family's pledge is to contact the organization directly or send in a check.  In an age where people expect to conduct business online any time of day when it fits into their schedule, this does not seem very donor-centric to me.
