Exchange Integration with Blackbaud CRM allows users to bring constituent and contact information (address, phone, email) into Microsoft Outlook. However, addresses that are marked "Do not send mail to this address" and "This address is confidential" are pulled into Outlook for constituents with no indication that this content information should not be used. We'd like a way to either always exclude these addresses from being pulled into Outlook, or have an option so we can choose whether or not we want to do that.
