Allow search results to come up when "The" is not used

If there is a constituent called "The Abrams Foundation" it will not come up in search if someone looks for "Abrams Foundation." The search function should be able to disregard "the" at the beginning of organization names.

    Wildcard "%" can be used in searches to alleviate some of this behaviour.

    Have a place where each entity using CRM could come up with their own words to ignore when name searching organizations.
