There are many areas in CRM that do not allow the user to filter, other than by site. What this requires the user to do is scroll through HUNDREDS of pages to get to the one item that is needed. This is true in both global changes and in segment mapping. It would be helpful if all areas with lists could include multiple options from which one could filter. A name field would allow for more efficient work flow
