When a user views the My Research Request queues, a research note is present; however, if it exceed a certain number of characters, the user will see a ... at the end and not have the ability to view the rest of the note without clicking "edit".

The users here would request 1 of 2 changes be made:
1. Add a "view" button to allow the user to view the entire research request
2. Add a "more" link next to research note field to allow the user to view the entire research note from any screen the research note is available on.
