Make CRM more consistent on returning you to the spot on the page, or particular page, that you were before an edit

Different areas of CRM often reload, returning the user to the top of the page instead of the section they were at after making a change. This happens with some types of data but not others.

For instance, adding a SSN to Personal Information returns the user to the top of the page, but adding Alternate lookup IDs don't. This also happens on the event invitee and registrant lists, if I delete someone on page 7 I'm taken back to page 1.

This should be made more uniform so that after each action, we're returned to where we were beforehand - or an option/setting that would allow us to enable this functionality.
