Marketing Effort - sticky columns

Please add sticky columns to Marketing efforts. It is very important to see the segment name field. We have to resize the column every time we go to a marketing effort.

    Yes please! I as well spend a lot of time in the direct marketing effort screen--in the Segments tab in particular--and I am constantly resizing the columns because we have very long segment names and package names.
