Searching for a constituent when the wildcard is the first character is slow. Is there a way to possible optimize this? The users are finding it very time consuming to search for foundations records since the majority of the time they will only have a partial name of the foundation like Williams where the full foundation name is "John J. Williams Fund". Anytime a wildcard is used as the first character, it takes 30 to 90 seconds to return the results even after selecting a particular to narrow the search.
