Remove the requirement for Appeal when creating an email message
When creating a new Email message, the field for Appeal is required. Some organizations do not wish to use Appeals, and likewise would like to not be forced to set one when creating a new message.

Yes. This is a good idea. Also, some messages are not related to fundraising and it doesn't make sense to create an email for them.
