provide more sort options for Constituent memberships; e.g., by Program status, then by the Membership status or Expiration date.

On the Constituent Memberships tab or tile, sort Memberships by the Membership Program status (i.e., ACTIVE vs INACTIVE (active first) ) then by the Constituent Membership status (i.e., Active, Cancelled, Lapsed, etc.) or Expiration date.
