The screen is spontaneously jumping back to the top, when a user has already scrolled down the screen. It happens mostly on the Revenue History and Recognition History screens. There are not any consistent patterns user is clicking on to make this happen, actually when I witnessed it she wasn't even touching the mouse, she had scrolled down to look at some data lower on the screen, let go of the mouse, and several seconds later...screen just moved back up to the top.
