Currently if a constituent has a mail preference, they are sent an email irrespective of the fact that they have been removed from the original selection. This plays in when you are sending selective messages to different segments of donors in different email packages but once the email is sent from BBIS it will look at the Mail Preference and send all the messages as per Blackbaud Consultants.
