Increase the number of decimal places for Gift In Kind Fair market value per unit to at least 4 places

We often have Gift In Kind donations that are calculated with more than 2 decimal places. We have to use a work around where we manually calculate the value and enter it, but it would be nice if the system allowed at least 4 decimal places in that field.
