Add the ability to turn off displaying the converted currency amount on a donation form when the Multi Currency option is enabled

When Multi Currency is enabled in CRM, Donation Forms in Blackbaud Internet Solutions will convert the donor entered amount from the sites currency to the donors local currency.

There should be an option available that will allow us to hide the display of this extra field.
