Include solicit code audit information in Constituent History Report
The Australian law mandates that all emails have to have an unsubscribe option in emails. Our unsubscribe link goes to a BBIS page where constituents can choose solicit codes. Unfortunately, when this information comes through to CRM (outside the batch), the constituent history report does not provide information when the solicit code was added/changed and by whom.
This makes it very difficult for our front line engagement staff to attend to enquiries and complaints. Whilst we are able to access solicit code information via audit tables, it makes our end users dependent on system administrators, which extends response times.
