When a revenue transaction is involved in an R68  you cannot edit any of the details for example if you want to edit the appeal or the GL post date you get this message:

"This transaction has one or more applications on a pending R68 process and cannot be edited."

This holds up amending revenue records until the R68 goes through and the CRM is marked as such.
