I feel that the system should prevent you or at least warn you before allowing you to enter a second adjustment. There are two parts to this, making a second adjustment before the first is committed, and the second is making a second adjustment after the first is committed but not posted. In the first case, the first adjustment is lost. In the second case, the GL is correct, but the history details only show the second adjustment reason, date, etc.
