Exact and effective duplicate address records exist within any large database. It would be useful for data entry staff to do direct entry cleanup of records more easily. Instead of clicking each address individually and deleting it, it would be quicker if the user could select multiple address records from the List Builder / Data List and run the Delete task on them all at once.
