When scheduling a job, like a global change process, the only schedule types are One time, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Start when SQL Sever Agent service starts and Start when the computer becomes idle.  We need the option to schedule a job Yearly.  We need to change membership status each year when the membership becomes Lapsed and again when it becomes Cancelled.
