Possible Duplicate Matching Screen (batch, manually entry) > Add Fields & Functionality

Populate this data from one of two fields:

  • Start date of CRM data for address, email, phone; this should be visible when you click MORE.
    • If Start Date gt blank then use it, else use Date Created.
  • End date of CRM data address, email, and phone; this should be visible when you click MORE.
    • If End date gt blank then use it, else leave field blank.

Add the following fields, and allow them to be populated or ignored:

  • Title 2
  • Email type
  • Nickname
  • Suffix
  • Suffix2

Functionality:

  • Auto-update, only auto update if both the data and the TYPE are the same.  Lot's of time the data is the same but the TYPE is different, this needs to be reviewed before deciding to move it to update (green font) status.
  • Allow a toggle to include GENDER as match criteria.  Lot's of times last name, address, emails, and phones match but the GENDER does not.
  • Allow all ID numbers display to open in new window when clicked.  This would allows updates to easily review other data as needed.
  • Allow other fields to be added this this section as per each institution.
