Have the ability to add comments on and email address in a Constituent Batch

When adding or editing an email address on the constituent record, the is an option to choose an Information source and add Comments. This is not available in a Constituent Batch.

Often add comments to the contact information we are adding. Currently, we have to go back into records after the batch is committed to update some of the comments. This is definitely a need.
