Add the ability to change the order of registration options inside of a event registration part

In BBIS the order of registration options comes in based on a alphabetical order based on how they are named in CRM. We would at times like to be able to re-arrange that order inside of the part in BBIS for a better flow.

This idea has been shipped with the new Event Registration Form in SP11, available December 19 2016.
