In order to ensure the BBIS system admin users are correctly matched to a CRM Constituent record (especially if they were setup in the back in of BBIS and did not self register), there should be a CRM Lookup-ID field in BBIS which can be manually entered if needed. Alternatively - we should be able to directly link the BBIS user ID to the Constituent record in CRM, by being able to update the Online Information on the constituent record.
