Inactivate constituents in bulk

We want to inactivate constituents in bulk, eg. when we have constituents that have not been active on the file for a specific amount of years, we would like to inactivate those.

    It seems odd that we are unable to bulk change constituents to 'inactive' as part of the global change process.
