If a address is marked do not mail and is seasonal do not allow the address to be #1 on the address tile even if it is in season
When a address is marked as seasonal, it will display as number 1 on the constituent address tile if it is currently in season. If that address is marked as do not mail, then the primary address should replace that address as number 1 on the tile.
