Create ability to format phones based on phone type Merged

In Australia, mobile phone numbers are formatted differently than landlines. It would be useful for organisations to be able to format a phone number based on the type, i.e. home number vs. mobile number. Landlines are formatted as (02) xxxx xxxx and mobiles as 04xx xxx xxx. Currently all phone types, as we understand it, must be formatted the same across the organisation.
