Allow calculation of receipt amount including only charitable portion of a transaction

If a transaction has both charitable and non-charitable applications, allow the receipt amount to be calculated by subtracting both the non-charitable amount and the benefit amount. This allows for the receipt amount to reflect only the charitable portion of a transaction.
