Add Benefit Values to Charitable portion of Event Registration recognition credits and/or Payments

When the Payment is submitted for an Event Registration we request the following break down for Charitable and non-charitable portions in relation to Benefits:

  1. Charitable portion = (Amount - Cost) + Benefit (if applicable)
  2. Non-charitable portion = Cost
  3. Receipt Amount = (Amount - Cost - Benefit (if applicable)) + any receipt amounts from additional donation applications on the revenue

Note: Currently, the system is configured to include the Benefit Value in the Non-charitable portion, but we would like this included in the Charitable portion or at least an option to choose where the Benefit value is applied.
