Allow Stewardship Plan Templates to be copied

Most organisations have a stewardship grid. The grid is typically set up by dollar ranges. Many of the deliverables in a grid are common across the various dollar ranges. Therefore, copying a template will make setting these templates up far easier.

    Yes, yes, yes! It is painful that these have to be set up and then they cannot be copied.
