We would like to use marketing efforts to document and report on our daily communications with new supporters, but we do not want to create and activate a new marketing effort every day.  It would be very useful to be able to add people to an existing effort, so that we could, for example, have an effort for a month or year for a particular type of new supporter, and just refresh, reactivate or otherwise add new people to it.  We could do this by having a selection which was just refreshed each day, or similar.
