Currently all BBP staff and clients have to remember to change the date format to the Australia dd/M/YYYY format before exporting Manage Correspondence process output files or Marketing Acknowledgement Output files, etc. This is both time consuming and dangerous as if you forget, you could export an incorrect date which could lead to incorrect donor communications
