NDCS wish to suggest a change to enable them to prevent someone who has left their organisation from continuing to appear on their Plan Participant list. 

An example was provided whereby when a colleague had ended their employment, one who had an end date to his relationship with the constituent (in this case a local council). The employee still appears within the Plan Participation list as an option. NDCS do not wish to delete the relationship as this would result in the lose of history between the two parties. 

For the constituent not to appear on the drop-down we have to delete the relationship between the two. The simple datalist used here doesn’t consider relationship end dates or if the constituent is inactive, it checks for existing relationship entries only
