when add relationship Individual to Organization (relationship Individual to Organization add form 2) from relationship tab there are triggers to save that relationshipID to address and phone tables. However, when try to add Individual to Organization though Constituent Update Batch, currently there is no trigger to save relationshipID to address and phone table to constituent address and phone records.

Current work around: We wrote extension to CUB to handle update address , phone tables with constituent's relationshipID.
