"Given Anonymously" checkbox in revenue batch disappears when lookup ID is changed
Once a constituent is changed and a new constituent is entered in the extended revenue Batch, the anonymous box that was checked for the original constituent is now unchecked.

We need the "given anonymously" field to remain intact when we change a lookup ID. So, if the gift was entered in the batch as anonymous, just because we change the lookup ID, we do not want the anonymous status to change.
