Please add the ability to extend data forms with no record type.

Background:

Certain data forms in Blackbaud CRM have no record type.  Record Type is NOT a required field for a data form.

However, when you build a data form extension, a record type is required, and so you cannot extend these forms.

As of 4.0 SP9, there are over 300 "out of the box" add and edit data forms that have no record type and therefore cannot be extended using normal SDK methods.

Products called this a "gap in functionality" rather than a bug.
