We have to manually kick off this process on a weekly basis and would like to be able to schedule this.

Hello! You should be able to accomplish the scheduling of the refresh by adding a queue process in Administration. Within the queue process, add a step for "Data Warehouse Start ETL Refresh Job Business Process", and then schedule your queue. Thanks!
