We have a number of  instances where revenue to certain appeals should be split amongst multiple designations - ie. 20% to designation 1 and 80% to designation 2.

We'd like to specify default designations &percentage of split at the appeal & have the split designation default into the enhanced revenue batch when the appeal is used on a revenue item.
