For BBDW site related views, include the SiteID field. The field exists in the DIM_SITE table, but is not being included in the V_QUERY_BBDW_CONSTITUENT_SITE or V_QUERY_BBDW_REVENUE_SITE query views.

When querying on sites from Data Warehouse views, the Site ID field is unavailable. This makes us either enter the full Site name, which is harder to type correctly and time consuming, or to use Contains or Starts with criteria wihich creates performance and structure problems.
