allow Generate Revenue Update Batch to honor defaults set up in batch template.

The Generate Revenue Update Batch (GRUB) is used to adjust multiple transactions at once.  When setting up the GRUB, a Revenue Update Batch (RUB) Template is required so it knows what kind of batch you want the adjustments created in.  The RUB Template is typically set with defaults that match your business rules.

Unfortunately, when the GRUB creates the RUB, it does not honor the defaults set in the RUB template.  The only option is to manually update defaults column-by-column, row-by-row for often hundreds of transactions.   The GRUB should honor the defaults in the RUB when creating the batch to make it an effective tool for adjusting transactions.

Hi Lisa, we are concentrating on some other high-vote ideas at present, but will continue to monitor.

OH Please! Can this be implemented, such a basic function which would make updating bulk revenue records SO MUCH easier!
