Given the complex nature of BBDM and its working parts, which are varied and many, Blackbaud absolutely needs to add a specific training track for BBDM.  I and my organization are brand new to BBDM and even though our assigned consultant did a great job of setting us up and introducing us to BBDM it is not enough.  The user guides are terrific but I require a step-by-step walkthrough of the product to understand how all of the parts fit together and interface with RE Enterprise.  I'm not sure why Blackbaud added this product without including training, but is greatly needed.  And the BBDM Consulting Pass, though helpful is expensive and not what I'm looking for, but we are considering it.
