Add a column for "Level of Interest" for Personal Interests like the option currently available for Funding Interests.
It will allow us to better serve our constituents by tracking not only what interests they like but which interest they do not like. Basically a way to say, "I dislike" golf, so we know not to invite them to a golf tournament, etc.
